... Needed:
1 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 onions sliced
1 head garlic minced
2 pcs medium red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium can Evaporated milk
2 cups drained pineapple tidbits
2 cups fresh pineapple juice
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a wok, saute garlic and onion in cooking oil for a minute. Put in the chicken and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the pineapple juice and let it boil. Add the evaporated milk and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, put in salt and pepper to taste, stir occasionally. Put in the pineapple tidbits and simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Best serve with steamed rice.

... Needed:
½ kilo ground pork
5 pcs of cheese dog / hotdog sliced
20 pcs hard boiled quail eggs
1 pc medium size carrot cut into small cubes
3 pcs potatoes cut into small cubes
1 pc green bell pepper cut into small cubes
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 onions sliced
5 cloves garlic chopped
5 tbsp of patis or fish sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Stir fry the ground pork without cooking oil for 3 to 5 minutes over a medium fire. Set aside.
In the same pan, add cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper, put in the sliced cheese dog and stir together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground pork, potatoes and carrots, simmer for a while. Pour tomato sauce and water. Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add fish sauce and sugar. To add more taste put salt and pepper, mix to blend the taste. Simmer for a minute or until all the ingredients are cook. Put in the hard boiled quail eggs. Best serve with hot rice.

1 kilo chicken cut into serving pieces
2 onions chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
3 medium sized potatoes cut into cubes
2 medium sized carrots cut into cubes
1 thumb ginger cut into strips
2 tbsp curry powder
2 cups thick coconut milk
1 cup water
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 medium sized red bell pepper cut into cubes
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
Directions:
In a large pan, saute the garlic and onion. Put in the chicken and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the curry powder; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over a low fire. Add the potatoes and carrots. Pour water and let it boil for a minute. Add the thick coconut milk and boil for 5 to 10 minutes or until the ingredients are tender. Add the fish sauce, pepper and red bell pepper to taste, stir carefully. Simmer for a while. Best serve while it’s hot with rice.

1 kilo sticky rice or glutinous rice
1 head garlic minced
3 onions minced
4 tbsp cooking oil
3 pcs red bell pepper sliced in small size
½ kilo chicken liver cut in small size
1 kilo chicken cut in small size
5 Chinese sausages sliced in small sized
1 cup chicharo or snow peas
1 cup green peas
1 cup raisin
3 pcs carrots chopped in small sized
1 bundle spring onion hopped
2 cups tomato sauce
5 tbsp water (annatto seeds soak in water)
Boiled eggs for toppings sliced
2 cups water
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the glutinous rice on the usual cook for regular rice. Set aside.
In a big pan, saute the garlic and onion in cooking oil. Add the chicken and chicken liver; let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the tomato sauce and water. Add the bell pepper, carrots, snow peas, green peas and Chinese sausage. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes over a low heat. Pour the water from the soaked annatto seeds. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put in the cooked rice. Mix well to blend the color of the rice. Add more seasoning to taste. Add the spring onions and raisins, stir occasionally and simmer for a while. Remove from heat. Place in a serving bowl. Put in the sliced boiled eggs on top.

½ kilo pork cut into small cubes
1 kilo cauliflower breaks into flowerets
1 kilo broccoli cut into small pieces
1 cup snow peas
3 red bell pepper cut in small pieces
1 kilo cabbage quartered
3 pcs carrots round thin slices
3 pcs chayote squash cut in small pieces
Boiled quail eggs
1 cup baby corn sliced
2 onions quartered
2 head garlic crushed
¼ cup water (dilute the cornstarch)
½ cup water
1 chicken broth cubes
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in a cooking oil. Add the pork and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in the snow peas, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, chayote, baby corn, broccoli and red bell pepper. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the water and the broth cube, mix carefully all the ingredients. Pour the diluted cornstarch. Put salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Put the boiled quail eggs. Serve hot with rice.

½ chicken cut into serving pcs
½ kilo sotanghon (vermecilli noodles) rinse with running water
2 pcs carrots sliced 1 inch length
1 kilo cabbage sliced inti thin pcs
2 pcs red bell pepper sliced
2 pcs onions minced
1 head garlic minced
5 cups water
1 pc chicken broth cubes
2 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
Salt and pepper powder to taste
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 eggs beaten
Directions:
In a wok, heat the cooking oil. Sauté the garlic, onion and bell pepper, then add chicken. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the chicken turns light brown. Add water and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the broth cubes and fish sauce. Put in the carrots. Simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes. Add the cabbage and put in the sotanghon. Put in salt and pepper to taste. Add the beaten eggs and carefully mix. Simmer for a minute. Remove from heat.
