Add the scallops and sauté together. Add water and bay leaves, boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the coconut milk, simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes over low heat. ...  Needed: 1 kilo chicken cut into serving pieces 2 onions chopped 5 cloves garlic chopped 3 medium sized potatoes cut into cubes 2 medium sized carrots cut into cubes 1 thumb ginger cut into strips 2 tbsp curry powder 2 cups thick coconut milk 1 cup water 3 tbsp fish sauce 1 medium sized red bell pepper cut into cubes 1 tbsp ground pepper 1 tbsp cooking oil Directions: In a large pan, saute the garlic and onion. Put in the chicken and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the curry powder; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over a low fire. Add the potatoes and carrots. Pour water and let it boil for a minute. Biko Recipe (Filipino Sticky Rice Cake)

...  Needed: 1 ½ cups of glutinous rice or sticky rice ½ cup of brown rice 2 ½ cups of brown sugar 1 ½ cups of water 4 cups of coconut milk Directions: Put in together the sticky rice and brown rice into a pot. Wash the rice until the water is nearly clear. Add only 1 ½ cups of water to half cook the rice. Let it cook until the rice is ready. In a big pan, pour the coconut milk with brown sugar. Stir continuously until it becomes thick over the low heat. When the mixture is thick enough, add the half cooked rice and mix well. Cover to continue cooking until the rice is fully cooked and all the liquid evaporates. Mix occasionally. Remove from heat.
