...  Needed: 10 pcs cheese dog or ordinary hot dog, sliced diagonally 1 onion chopped 5 cloves garlic chopped 3 tbsp cooking oil ½ cup mayonnaise ½ cup banana ketchup Grated cheese (optional) Ground pepper to taste Directions: In a pan, heat cooking oil to saute garlic and onion. Put in the sliced cheese dog and stir fry for 5 to 10 minutes over a low heat. Add the mayonnaise and ketchup; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground pepper to taste. Put in the grated cheese, stir. ...  Needed: ½ kilo pork heart cleaned ½ kilo pork lungs cleaned 1 head garlic minced 1 onion minced 1 thumb ginger minced 2 medium sized radish cut into small cubes 3 bay leaves 1 tsp peppercorn 5 tbsp of water (soak the annatto seeds) ½ cup vinegar 2 tbsp cooking oil 5 pcs green or red chili pepper Water for boiling Fish sauce to taste Directions: Boil the pork lungs and pork heart for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until it tender. Use pressure cooker to save time. Let it cool. Cut the lungs and heart into small cubes, must be the same cut for radish. Set aside. In separate casserole, boil again the small cubes lungs and heart with 2 cups of water. Pour the vinegar and put in the bay leaves. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes over a medium fire. Strain and set aside. In a pan, heat cooking oil to sauté the onion, garlic and ginger until it turns to light brown. Put in the boiled pork lungs and heart. Add radish, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add water from the soak annatto seeds; stir to blend the color in the ingredients. Add the green or red chili pepper, peppercorn and fish sauce to taste. ...  Needed: 1 kilo sugpo or fresh shrimp 2 tbsp of cooking oil 1 head garlic minced 1 onion minced 1 thumb ginger minced 1 cup sprite soda ½ cup tomato sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp peppercorn 5 pcs red chili pepper sliced Directions: Saute the garlic, ginger and onion in cooking oil until it turns to light brown. Add shrimp; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the sprite soda and let it boil. Put in the tomato sauce and soy sauce, stir carefully. Add the pepper corn and red chili pepper. ...  Needed: ½ kilo pork cut into small cubes 1 kilo cauliflower breaks into flowerets 1 kilo broccoli cut into small pieces 1 cup snow peas 3 red bell pepper cut in small pieces 1 kilo cabbage quartered 3 pcs carrots round thin slices 3 pcs chayote squash cut in small pieces Boiled quail eggs 1 cup baby corn sliced 2 onions quartered 2 head garlic crushed ¼ cup water (dilute the cornstarch) ½ cup water 1 chicken broth cubes 2 tbsp cooking oil Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in a cooking oil. Add the pork and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in the snow peas, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, chayote, baby corn, broccoli and red bell pepper. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Sauté the garlic and onions, add the veggies (carrots, cabbage, and chayote).  Add water and put in the broth cubes. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the pancit canton and cover for a minute. Ingredients Needed: 1 kilo chicken cut into serving pieces 1/2 head garlic, chopped 3 thumb size ginger, cut into strips 1 medium size onion, chopped 1 small size papaya, cut into wedges 5 pcs red chili pepper 1-2 stalk lemon grass 3 cups water 1/4 cup patis or fish sauce 2 tbsp cooking oil Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a wok, heat the cooking oil, sauté the garlic, onion and ginger. Put in the chicken and add the fish sauce, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add lemon grass, red chili pepper and 3 cups of water. Bring to boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until chicken is tender.
