1 kilo chicken cut into serving pieces
2 onions chopped
5 cloves garlic chopped
3 medium sized potatoes cut into cubes
2 medium sized carrots cut into cubes
1 thumb ginger cut into strips
2 tbsp curry powder
2 cups thick coconut milk
1 cup water
3 tbsp fish sauce
1 medium sized red bell pepper cut into cubes
1 tbsp ground pepper
1 tbsp cooking oil
Directions:
In a large pan, saute the garlic and onion. Put in the chicken and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the curry powder; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over a low fire. Add the potatoes and carrots. ½ kilo pork cut into small cubes
1 kilo cauliflower breaks into flowerets
1 kilo broccoli cut into small pieces
1 cup snow peas
3 red bell pepper cut in small pieces
1 kilo cabbage quartered
3 pcs carrots round thin slices
3 pcs chayote squash cut in small pieces
Boiled quail eggs
1 cup baby corn sliced
2 onions quartered
2 head garlic crushed
¼ cup water (dilute the cornstarch)
½ cup water
1 chicken broth cubes
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in a cooking oil. Add the pork and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in the snow peas, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, chayote, baby corn, broccoli and red bell pepper. Ingredients Needed:
1 kilo fresh tilapia or any fish cut into serving pieces
5 pcs banana plantain chopped into 2 pieces each
3 pcs potato quartered sliced
1 bundle of pechay or bok choy cleaned
2 onions sliced
2 tomatoes sliced
1 thumb size ginger sliced
¼ tsp of peppercorn
½ tsp of salt
5 to 8 cups water (depends on your preference)
Directions:
In a casserole, boil the water together with ginger, onion and tomatoes for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the potato and banana plantain. Simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Put in the fish. Let it boil for a while. Add the peppercorn and salt to taste. Put in the bok choy, cover and simmer for a minute. Don’t overcook the fish. Remove from heat.
Best served while it’s hot. Share and enjoy!

½ kilo pancit canton (thick egg noodles)
½ kilo mung bean sprouts
1 pc large carrot cut into strips
1 pc chayote squash cut into strips
2 onions sliced
5 cloves garlic chopped
½ kilo cabbage shredded
1 pc broth cubes
2 tbsp cooking oil
½ cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the garlic and onions, add the veggies (carrots, cabbage, and chayote). Add water and put in the broth cubes. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the pancit canton and cover for a minute. Put in the mung bean sprouts, mix together all the ingredients. Put in soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, stir. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Don’t overcook the pansit.
Best served with calamansi juice. ...

6 whole chickens cleaned
Melted butter
6 bundles lemon grass
For marinade:
5 tbsp dried rosemary
1 cup water
3 tbsp calamansi juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a big bowl, pour in the water, pepper, soy sauce and calamansi juice. Marinade the whole chicken for 3 to 4 hours. Set aside.
After marinating, rub the melted butter on to the skin of chicken. Sprinkle the dried rosemary on top. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
Stuff the chicken cavity with lemon grass.

1/8 kilo ground pork
1 pc red bell pepper cut in small cubes
1 pc onion chopped
1 tbsp garlic minced
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup water
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan, sauté the garlic, bell pepper and onion then add the pork. Cook until the ground pork turns light brown. Pour in the water and bring it boil. Put in the cubes of squash. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, long enough to cook the squash but don’t overcook. Add salt and pepper to taste. Carefully mix. Remove from heat.
