The best thing is these delicious French fries only take about 30 minutes from start to finish. Ingredients Needed: 4 russet potatoes, unpeeled 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon thyme  1 teaspoon oregano Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 500F.
