...  Needed: ½ kilo pork or beef, cut into chunk 1 small can corned beef 1 ½ cups tomato sauce 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic minced 1 medium sized green bell pepper, cut into cubes 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 pc beef broth cube 2 cups water 2 tbsp of sugar 2 bay leaves Cheese spread or grated cheese Salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions: Saute garlic and onion in hot cooking oil. Put in the meat and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the corned beef, simmer for a while. Pour water, bay leaves and the beef broth cubes, let it boil for 5 to 8 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and green bell pepper. Simmer over a low heat until the meat is completely cooked. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to blend the taste and simmer for a minute. ...  Needed: 1 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces 2 onions sliced 1 head garlic minced 2 pcs medium red bell pepper, sliced 1 medium can Evaporated milk 2 cups drained pineapple tidbits 2 cups fresh pineapple juice 2 tbsp cooking oil Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a wok, saute garlic and onion in cooking oil for a minute. Put in the chicken and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the pineapple juice and let it boil. Add the evaporated milk and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat. ...  Needed: ½ kilo spiral pasta or macaroni 1½ cup fresh milk ½ kilo carrots sliced in 1 inch length 1 bundle Baguio beans sliced 4 pcs hotdog sliced 1 cup cabbage sliced 5 cloves garlic minced 2 onions minced 1½ cups water ½ kilo chicken breast sliced in bite size 2 tbsp cooking oil ¼ butter bar 10 pcs boiled quail eggs Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: Boil the spiral pasta in water with a tsp of cooking oil and a pinch of salt for 5 to 8 minutes. Don’t overcook the pasta. Drain and wash with tap water. Set aside. In a wok or casserole, heat cooking oil, sauté the garlic and onion. Add the chicken breast and cook over a low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the hotdogs and butter, stir. Add the carrots and beans. Pour water and fresh milk; let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. ...  Needed: 3 pcs tofu cake, sliced into thin pieces 1 cup cooking oil 4 tbsp oyster sauce 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp garlic crushed 2 tbsp spring onion minced Salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions: In a plate, season the sliced tofu with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Let it stand for 3 to 5 minutes. In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil and deep fry the tofu until it turns to light brown and crispy. Remove from heat. Place into paper towel to absorb excess oil. Set aside. Heat a sauce pan with oil, Sauté garlic until it slightly toasted over a low heat. Put in the oyster sauce and water. Let it simmer for a while.
