...  Needed: ½ kilo medium sized fresh tilapia or any fish 3 cups coconut milk 2 bundles pechay (bok choy) 3 tbsp cooking oil 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic chopped 1 thumb ginger strips 2 pcs long green chili pepper Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: Saute garlic, ginger and onion in cooking oil. Pour the coconut milk; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the fish and the vegetable. Boil for 3 to 5 minutes in medium fire. Add salt and pepper to taste. ...  Needed: 1 kilo chicken cut into serving pieces 2 onions chopped 5 cloves garlic chopped 3 medium sized potatoes cut into cubes 2 medium sized carrots cut into cubes 1 thumb ginger cut into strips 2 tbsp curry powder 2 cups thick coconut milk 1 cup water 3 tbsp fish sauce 1 medium sized red bell pepper cut into cubes 1 tbsp ground pepper 1 tbsp cooking oil Directions: In a large pan, saute the garlic and onion. Put in the chicken and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the curry powder; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over a low fire. Add the potatoes and carrots. Pour water and let it boil for a minute.
