Sinugbang Isda Recipe (Grilled Fish Recipe)

Ingredients Needed: 2 medium size whole fish, cleaned, gutted and scaled 1 head garlic minced 3 onions minced 1 thumbs ginger minced 5 pcs tomatoes chopped Salt and ground pepper to taste Charcoal for grilling Directions: Prepare the clean whole fish. Pinch salt to taste. Set aside for 3 to 5 minutes. In a bowl, mix all the spices ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff the mixed spices into the fish cavity. Grill the fish for 5 to 10 minute each side or until both sides are cooked. Transfer in a serving plate. Best serve with soymansi, the combination of soy sauce and calamansi juice with chili pepper.
