1 kilo pork cut into serving pieces
2 medium carrots sliced
3 medium potatoes quartered
1 bundle Baguio beans or green beans sliced
2 onions minced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 pcs bay leaf
2 cups tomato sauce
5 to 6 cups water
1 small can liver spread
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 pcs red chili pepper chopped
Salt and peppercorn to taste

... you have left over turkey from your holiday meal, a delicious dish to make is turkey pot pie. Don’t have quite enough leftover pie crust to make a full pot pie? No matter, you can make it an open-faced pie or simple add the remaining dough you have to the top of the pie. It will still look and taste delicious.
Ingredients Needed:
2 carrots
1 stalk celery
1 onion
1 cup of leftover turkey, chopped
2 medium potatoes
3 tbsp butter (half for the beginning of the recipe and half for a bit later)
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 cups homemade turkey stock (or chicken stock if it’s all you have available)
½ cup frozen peas
¼ cup flour
½ cup milk
Leftover pie crust (at least enough to cover the bottom of a 9” pie plate)
