...  Needed: 1 kilo chicken, cut into serving pieces 2 onions sliced 1 head garlic minced 2 pcs medium red bell pepper, sliced 1 medium can Evaporated milk 2 cups drained pineapple tidbits 2 cups fresh pineapple juice 2 tbsp cooking oil Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a wok, saute garlic and onion in cooking oil for a minute. Put in the chicken and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour the pineapple juice and let it boil. Add the evaporated milk and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, put in salt and pepper to taste, stir occasionally. Put in the pineapple tidbits and simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Best serve with steamed rice. ...  bundle Baguio beans sliced 4 pcs hotdog sliced 1 cup cabbage sliced 5 cloves garlic minced 2 onions minced 1½ cups water ½ kilo chicken breast sliced in bite size 2 tbsp cooking oil ¼ butter bar 10 pcs boiled quail eggs Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: Boil the spiral pasta in water with a tsp of cooking oil and a pinch of salt for 5 to 8 minutes. Don’t overcook the pasta. Drain and wash with tap water. Set aside. In a wok or casserole, heat cooking oil, sauté the garlic and onion. Add the chicken breast and cook over a low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the hotdogs and butter, stir. Add the carrots and beans. Pour water and fresh milk; let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the ground pork and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool. In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the sautéed pork. Put in the grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well all the ingredients. In same frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Put in a scoop of mixed ingredients. Flatten and cook each side until it turns to golden brown over a low heat. ...  Needed: ½ kilo pork belly, cut into bite size 5 pcs string beans cut into two inches long 1 cup squash cubed 4 pcs okra sliced 1 pc of medium bitter melon sliced 2 pcs eggplant sliced 5 cloves garlic minced 2 pcs onions sliced 2 pcs tomatoes sliced 5 tbsp cooked shrimp paste (bagoong) 1 cup water 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 cup of tomato ketchup or tomato paste 1 pack of pork rind (chitcharon) Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes. Put in the pork belly and stir fry until cooked. Add the shrimp paste and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in the okra, squash, eggplant and bitter melon; simmer for 3 to 5 minutes over a low heat.
