...  Needed: ½ kilo fresh shrimp shelled ½ kilo fresh squid cut into rings 1 kilo fresh mussels cleaned, boiled and shell on ½ kilo any fresh fish fillet, cut into cubes ½ bar butter 1 cup evaporated milk ½ cup all purpose cream 3 pcs potatoes quartered 4 pcs tomatoes quartered 2 onions minced 5 cloves garlic minced 2 cups mussels stock 2 stalks celery minced 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves Salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions: In a pot, melt the butter over a low heat. Saute garlic and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the shrimp, squid and mussels, simmer for a while. Pour the mussels stock and let it boil. Add the potatoes and tomatoes. Put in the milk and all purpose cream. Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Put in the fish and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the dried oregano and celery to add flavor. ...  Needed: ½ kilo ground pork 5 pcs of cheese dog / hotdog sliced 20 pcs hard boiled quail eggs 1 pc medium size carrot cut into small cubes 3 pcs potatoes cut into small cubes 1 pc green bell pepper cut into small cubes 2 cups tomato sauce 1 cup water 3 tbsp cooking oil 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic chopped 5 tbsp of patis or fish sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Stir fry the ground pork without cooking oil for 3 to 5 minutes over a medium fire. Set aside. In the same pan, add cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper, put in the sliced cheese dog and stir together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground pork, potatoes and carrots, simmer for a while. Pour tomato sauce and water. Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add fish sauce and sugar. ...  Needed: 4 hard boiled native eggs ¼ kilo ground pork 2 pcs beaten eggs 1 cup all purpose flour 1 onion chopped 5 cloves garlic chopped 2 medium sized potatoes cut into cubes 1 large sized carrot cut into cubes 1 tbsp chili powder Salt and ground pepper to taste 2 cups cooking oil For Gravy Sauce: 1 pc chicken cube ¼ bar butter 2 cups water 3 tbsp all-purpose flour Ground pepper to taste Directions: Mix ground pork, onion, garlic, beaten eggs, all-purpose flour, chili powder, salt and ground pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly to blend the taste.  Roll the mixed ingredients into the boiled eggs until the eggs cover completely. In a separate bowl, season the carrots and potatoes with salt and ground pepper to taste. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Dip with all-purpose flour. In a frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Put in the chicken and stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the curry powder; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over a low fire. Add the potatoes and carrots. Pour water and let it boil for a minute.
