Guisadong Choy Sum Recipe (Sauteed Choy Sum)

Ingredients Needed: 2 bunch choy sum, sliced in small pieces 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 tbsp fish sauce ¼ kilo ground pork 2 onions sliced 3 pcs tomatoes sliced 5 cloves garlic minced ½ cup of water Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Stir fry the ground pork until it will turn to light brown or until it cook. Set aside. In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add the Choy sum and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the ground pork and mix. Add the seasonings to taste. Simmer for a minute. Best serve with steam rice and fried fish. Share and enjoy!    ...

...  Needed: 1 kilo medium size squid, cleaned and ink separated 1 small can evaporated milk 1 thumb ginger crushed 5 cloves garlic sliced 3 onions sliced 3 pcs red chili pepper chopped 2 tbsp cooking oil Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Saute onion, garlic and ginger. Put in the squid, stir fry with the spices. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the evaporated milk and add the red chili, let it boil over a low heat. ...  Needed: ½ kilo ground pork 5 pcs of cheese dog / hotdog sliced 20 pcs hard boiled quail eggs 1 pc medium size carrot cut into small cubes 3 pcs potatoes cut into small cubes 1 pc green bell pepper cut into small cubes 2 cups tomato sauce 1 cup water 3 tbsp cooking oil 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic chopped 5 tbsp of patis or fish sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Stir fry the ground pork without cooking oil for 3 to 5 minutes over a medium fire. Set aside. In the same pan, add cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper, put in the sliced cheese dog and stir together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground pork, potatoes and carrots, simmer for a while. Pour tomato sauce and water. Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add fish sauce and sugar.
