...  pepper 1 pork broth cube 3 tbsp fish sauce ½ cup vinegar 3 cups water Cooking oil for frying Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: Marinate the pork with fish sauce for 3 to 5 minutes. Deep fry the pork belly until it turns to golden brown. Set aside. Saute onion and ginger in a pan. Pour water and let it boil. Put in the broth cube and the vinegar. Add the pork blood. Bring to boil. Stir occasionally. Add fish sauce and green pepper. Simmer for 5 to 8 minutes until it thickens. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spicy Pork Kaldereta Recipe

Ingredients Needed: 1 kilo pork cut into serving pieces 2 medium carrots sliced 3 medium potatoes quartered 1 bundle Baguio beans or green beans sliced 2 onions minced 3 cloves garlic minced 2 pcs bay leaf 2 cups tomato sauce 5 to 6 cups water 1 small can liver spread 2 tsp sugar 2 tbsp cooking oil 2 pcs red chili pepper chopped Salt and peppercorn to taste Directions: In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Saute onion, garlic and add the pork, saute until it turns to light brown. Pour water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes or until the pork tenders. Pour the tomato sauce and add sugar. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the liver spread, bay leaf, red chili pepper, carrots and potatoes, let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the green beans. Put salt and peppercorn to taste, stir. Simmer for a while. In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, brown the beef then drain. Add spaghetti sauce and water, simmer around 10 minutes. While sauce simmers, in a medium bowl, stir together ricotta cheese, one-half mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Pour about 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish. Arrange 3 uncooked pasta pieces lengthwise over sauce; cover with 1 cup sauce. Spread one-half cheese filling over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce and cheese filling. Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Set aside. In separate container, mix ground pork, garlic, onion, carrots, spring onion, oat meal and beaten egg together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then stuff the marinated squid with the mix ingredients, make sure all the stuff ingredients are intact. Insert toothpick to lock the head and to secure ends.Ready for grilling, use toothpick to press the stuffed squid once in a while to absorb the heat inside.
