...  Needed: 2 large squids cleaned and gutted ¼ kilo ground pork 1 pc carrots minced 1 head garlic minced 2 onions minced 1 bundle spring onion chopped 1 pc egg beaten 2 tbsp of oat meal 5 tbsp soysauce 2 tbsp calamansi juice Salt and ground pepper to taste Charcoal for grilling Directions: In a big bowl, marinate the squid in soy sauce and calamansi juice for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside. In separate container, mix ground pork, garlic, onion, carrots, spring onion, oat meal and beaten egg together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then stuff the marinated squid with the mix ingredients, make sure all the stuff ingredients are intact. Insert toothpick to lock the head and to secure ends.Ready for grilling, use toothpick to press the stuffed squid once in a while to absorb the heat inside. ...  Needed: 1 kilo sugpo or fresh shrimp 2 tbsp of cooking oil 1 head garlic minced 1 onion minced 1 thumb ginger minced 1 cup sprite soda ½ cup tomato sauce 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp peppercorn 5 pcs red chili pepper sliced Directions: Saute the garlic, ginger and onion in cooking oil until it turns to light brown. Add shrimp; simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the sprite soda and let it boil. Put in the tomato sauce and soy sauce, stir carefully. Add the pepper corn and red chili pepper. ...  Needed: ½ kilo pancit canton (thick egg noodles) ½ kilo mung bean sprouts 1 pc large carrot cut into strips 1 pc chayote squash cut into strips 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic chopped ½ kilo cabbage shredded 1 pc broth cubes 2 tbsp cooking oil ½ cup water 2 tbsp soy sauce Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a pan, heat the oil. Sauté the garlic and onions, add the veggies (carrots, cabbage, and chayote).  Add water and put in the broth cubes. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the pancit canton and cover for a minute. Put in the mung bean sprouts, mix together all the ingredients. Put in soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste, stir. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Don’t overcook the pansit. ...  Needed: 6 whole chickens cleaned Melted butter 6 bundles lemon grass For marinade: 5 tbsp dried rosemary 1 cup water 3 tbsp calamansi juice Salt and pepper to taste   Directions: In a big bowl, pour in the water, pepper, soy sauce and calamansi juice. Marinade the whole chicken for 3 to 4 hours. Set aside. After marinating, rub the melted butter on to the skin of chicken. Sprinkle the dried rosemary on top. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Stuff the chicken cavity with lemon grass. Place the chicken in the Turbo cooker. Set it at 190 degrees Celsius or 375 degrees Fahrenheit and wait for 40 to 45 minutes. And it’s ready.
