...  cleaned Melted butter 6 bundles lemon grass For marinade: 5 tbsp dried rosemary 1 cup water 3 tbsp calamansi juice Salt and pepper to taste   Directions: In a big bowl, pour in the water, pepper, soy sauce and calamansi juice. Marinade the whole chicken for 3 to 4 hours. Set aside. After marinating, rub the melted butter on to the skin of chicken. Sprinkle the dried rosemary on top. Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes. Stuff the chicken cavity with lemon grass. Place the chicken in the Turbo cooker. Set it at 190 degrees Celsius or 375 degrees Fahrenheit and wait for 40 to 45 minutes. And it’s ready.
