...  Needed: 1pc large size ampalaya or bitter melon slice 2 pcs tomatoes slice 2 pcs onion slice 3 pcs eggs 2 tbsp cooking oil Salt to taste Direction: Soak the sliced ampalaya (bitter melon) in a bowl with water and salt for 5 to 10 minutes to avoid too much bitterness. Then drain. In a frying pan, put cooking oil then sauté the onion and tomatoes. Add the sliced ampalaya and cover in low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.
