...  Needed: ½ kilo galunggong (mackerel) or any small fish cleaned 2 pcs unripe green mango 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic crushed 1 thumb ginger crushed ½ cup water 1 tsp peppercorn 2 tbsp soy sauce Directions: In a pot or casserole, arrange the ingredients alternately (fish, unripe mango and fish).  Add all the spices (onion, garlic and ginger) on top. Pour water; add soy sauce and peppercorn to taste. Cover the pot and cook over a low heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Let it boil until it will cook. Remove from heat. Transfer to a serving plate. Pour water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes or until the pork tenders. Pour the tomato sauce and add sugar. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Use pressure cooker to save time. Let it cool. Cut the lungs and heart into small cubes, must be the same cut for radish. Set aside.
