... Needed:
½ kilo medium fresh shelled shrimps (set aside the head for boiling)
4 pcs large tomatoes quartered
1 onion sliced
5 cloves garlic minced
1 thumb garlic minced
2 tbsp spring onion chopped
4 pcs green chili pepper sliced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
2 cup water
Cooking oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pot, boil the shrimp head for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside the shrimp stock.
In a sauce pan, heat the cooking oil. Put in the garlic, ginger, onion and tomatoes until fragrant. Pour the shrimp stock and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. 1 bundle pandan leaves tied into knot
5 tbsp white sugar
1 glass water
1 cup of cooked tapioca pearl
2 cups shredded young coconut
2 cups green gulaman or jelly sliced in small cubes
1 medium can condensed milk
Directions:
Boil water and sugar with the pandan leaves for 5 to 8 minutes over a low heat to make arnival. Let it cool and take out the pandan leaves.
In a container, combine all the ingredients. Add cool arnival. Mix all the ingredients to blend the taste, chill for 5 hours or more.

1-1/2 shallots, sliced
1-1/2 pounds broccoli, cut into florets
Directions:
Combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sherry, and sesame oil in a bowl.
Put in the meat and thoroughly mix with ingredients in the bowl. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Put the broccoli in a casserole bowl, add a tablespoon of water, cover, then microwave for 6 minutes. You can also steam the broccoli over a stove.
Slice the shallots, and grate the palm sugar. You can also use white sugar.
Add oil to the wok, heat, and check for readiness by dipping in a wooden spoon. The oil is ready when you see bubbles on the spoon. Stir fry shallots for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Add the beef and stir fry until the pink is gone. Add the sugar.
Add the broccoli to the wok and stir fry for another 3 minutes.
Pour the beef and broccoli into a serving bowl.

5 tbsp cane vinegar

3 tbsp calamansi juice
Water for boiling

Directions:
Boil water, blanch the potato leaves. Stay the potato leaves in boiling water for 20 to 30 seconds. Drain the leaves and submerge in a bowl with cold water. Strain and let it dry, set aside.

2 kilos ube or purple yam (cooked in boiling water)
½ cup margarine/butter (if you want your jam to be creamy, use butter instead)
1 can evaporated milk (big)
1 can condensed milk (big)
3 cups white sugar
Desiccated coconut
Directions:
In a pot, boil the ube or purple yam until tender. Remove from heat and let it cool. Peel it.
In a big bowl, mash the ube using a fork or for a smoother texture you can use a blender or a food processor. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix butter /margarine and sugar. Add the mashed ube, condensed milk and evaporated milk together.

Here’s a surefire banana bread with chocolate recipe that will keep everyone coming back for more.
This recipe makes 2 loaves, but you may want to double the recipe and freeze the extra loaves because they are so good!

6 ripe and mashed bananas
1 cup soft margarine
1 ½ cups white sugar
4 eggs
1 ½ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup buttermilk
3 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
¼ cup cacao powder
¾ cup chocolate chips
