Ingredients Needed:
½ kilo longganisa
8 pcs red chili pepper
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup water
10 cloves garlic grated
5 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the raw longganisa. Make a lengthwise slit on each longganisa. In a pan, boil the longganisa for 5 to 10 minutes. Add the cooking oil and continue cooking the longganisa until it turns to lightly brown. Remove the longganisa. Set aside.
In the same pan, reheat the combination of water and cooking oil from the cooked longganisa. Add the garlic. Put in the coconut milk and let it boil until it becomes creamy. Add the cooked longganisa and red chili pepper. Put in salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes or more to bring the spicy creamy taste. Best serve with steamed rice.

10 raw beaten eggs
3 cup steamed rice
4 tbsp ketchup
¼ kilo ground pork
1 bundle spring onion chopped
1 white onion sliced
2 tbsp grated cheese
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Cooking oil
Directions:
Heat cooking oil and saute the ground pork for 6 to 8 minutes over low heat. Add onion. Put in the steamed rice and ketchup; stir to mix all the ingredients. Add the grated cheese and spring onion, stir occasionally. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.

½ kilo ground pork
3 pcs raw eggs
1 onion minced
3 cloves garlic minced
5 tbsp grated cheese
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Mayonnaise (optional)
Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a frying pan saute garlic and onion. Put in the ground pork and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the sautéed pork. Put in the grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well all the ingredients.
In same frying pan, heat the cooking oil. Put in a scoop of mixed ingredients. Flatten and cook each side until it turns to golden brown over a low heat. Place in a serving plate with paper towel to absorb excess oil. Best serve with spread mayonnaise on top.

Ingredients Needed:
1 kilo beef sirloin, sliced in thin and small pieces
4 large white onions sliced into rings
5 cloves garlic minced
2 tsp ground black pepper
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil
¼ cup calamansi juice or lemon juice
2 cups of water
Directions:
In a pan, boil the beef for 20 to 25 minutes over a low heat. Remove from heat and drain. Place it into a bowl.
In a container, marinate the boiled beef with calamansi juice and soy sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Set aside.
In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Stir fry the onion rings until soft. Remove the onion rings and set aside. In the same pan, sauté the garlic and add the beef. Reserve the marinade. Stir fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the onions and ground pepper. Pour the marinade and boil for 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce thicken. Remove from heat. Best serve with steam rice.

2 bunch choy sum, sliced in small pieces
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 tbsp fish sauce
¼ kilo ground pork
2 onions sliced
3 pcs tomatoes sliced
5 cloves garlic minced
½ cup of water
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Stir fry the ground pork until it will turn to light brown or until it cook. Set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion and tomatoes. Add the Choy sum and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add water and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the ground pork and mix. Add the seasonings to taste. Simmer for a minute. Best serve with steam rice and fried fish.

20 pcs hard boiled quail eggs
1 pc medium size carrot cut into small cubes
3 pcs potatoes cut into small cubes
1 pc green bell pepper cut into small cubes
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 onions sliced
5 cloves garlic chopped
5 tbsp of patis or fish sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Stir fry the ground pork without cooking oil for 3 to 5 minutes over a medium fire. Set aside.
In the same pan, add cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper, put in the sliced cheese dog and stir together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground pork, potatoes and carrots, simmer for a while.
