Ingredients Needed:
½ kilo pig’s face (pig’s ear and cheeks)
4 pcs extra firm tofu
4 pcs green chili pepper sliced
¼ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp cane vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Onion spring chopped
Calamansi juice
Water for boiling
Cooking oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil water and put in the pig’s face. Add salt and pepper. Let it boil for 20 to 30 minutes or until tender. Use pressure cooker to save time. Remove from heat. Let it cool. Cut into bite size. Set aside.
In a frying pan, deep fry the tofu until it turns to golden brown, remove from heat. Cut into cubes. Set aside.
In the same pan, deep fry the sliced pig’s face until it turns to light brown and crispy. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Mix well until the taste will blend.
Place tofu and pig’s face in the same bowl. Put in the chopped spring onions, chili pepper and calamansi juice. Pour the combine sauce and mix well.

1 kilo pork kasim cut into small cubes
5 tbsp curry powder
2 cups coconut milk
1 cups water
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 onions sliced
5 cloves garlic minced
1 bundle spring onions chopped
8 pcs red chili pepper chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Saute garlic and onion, add the pork and stir fry until it turns to light brown. Add the curry powder and mix it to the pork, simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour water and let it boil. Add the soy sauce, red chili pepper and spring onions. Put in the coconut milk and boil until sauce thickens and pork is tender. Add salt and pepper to taste, simmer for a minute. Remove from heat and best serve with steam rice.

1 cup pineapple juice
5 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp peppercorn
5 pcs of star anise
½ cup dried banana blossoms
2 cups tomato paste
1 cups water
¼ cup soy sauce
Salt to taste
Directions:

1 kilo pork cut into serving pieces
2 medium carrots sliced
3 medium potatoes quartered
1 bundle Baguio beans or green beans sliced
2 onions minced
3 cloves garlic minced
2 pcs bay leaf
2 cups tomato sauce
5 to 6 cups water
1 small can liver spread
2 tsp sugar
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 pcs red chili pepper chopped
Salt and peppercorn to taste
Directions:
In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Saute onion, garlic and add the pork, saute until it turns to light brown. Pour water and boil for 25 to 30 minutes or until the pork tenders. Pour the tomato sauce and add sugar. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the liver spread, bay leaf, red chili pepper, carrots and potatoes, let it boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the green beans. Put salt and peppercorn to taste, stir. Simmer for a while. Remove from heat.

½ kilo pork cut into small cubes
1 kilo cauliflower breaks into flowerets
1 kilo broccoli cut into small pieces
1 cup snow peas
3 red bell pepper cut in small pieces
1 kilo cabbage quartered
3 pcs carrots round thin slices
3 pcs chayote squash cut in small pieces
Boiled quail eggs
1 cup baby corn sliced
2 onions quartered
2 head garlic crushed
¼ cup water (dilute the cornstarch)
½ cup water
1 chicken broth cubes
2 tbsp cooking oil
Salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in a cooking oil. Add the pork and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Put in the snow peas, cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, chayote, baby corn, broccoli and red bell pepper. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the water and the broth cube, mix carefully all the ingredients. Pour the diluted cornstarch. Put salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat. Put the boiled quail eggs. Serve hot with rice.

Ingredients Needed:
½ kilo pata or pig’s leg (sliced crosswise)
3 pcs bay leaf
1 head garlic chopped
1 tsp whole pepper corn
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
2 packs banana blossoms (soaked in water)
Water for boiling
Salt to taste
Directions:
Boil the pig’s leg until the meat is tender. Use pressure cooker to save time.
In a pan, transfer the boiled pig’s leg. Put in the bay leaf and whole pepper corn. Boil for 10 to 15 minutes until a little water is left. Add the garlic and vinegar. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce and combine the brown sugar, mix. Put in the banana blossoms and let it boil until it thickens. Add salt to taste. Simmer for a minute. Remove from heat.
Serve and enjoy!
