Filipino Seafood Chowder Soup Recipe

...  Needed: ½ kilo fresh shrimp shelled ½ kilo fresh squid cut into rings 1 kilo fresh mussels cleaned, boiled and shell on ½ kilo any fresh fish fillet, cut into cubes ½ bar butter 1 cup evaporated milk ½ cup all purpose cream 3 pcs potatoes quartered 4 pcs tomatoes quartered 2 onions minced 5 cloves garlic minced 2 cups mussels stock 2 stalks celery minced 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves Salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions: In a pot, melt the butter over a low heat. Saute garlic and onions for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the shrimp, squid and mussels, simmer for a while. Pour the mussels stock and let it boil. Add the potatoes and tomatoes. Put in the milk and all purpose cream. Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes, stir occasionally. Put in the fish and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add the dried oregano and celery to add flavor. Put in salt and pepper to taste. Carefully mix all the ingredients to blend the taste.  Simmer for a while. Best serve with any toasted bread. Share and ...

...  Needed: 1 kilo medium size squid, cleaned and ink separated 1 small can evaporated milk 1 thumb ginger crushed 5 cloves garlic sliced 3 onions sliced 3 pcs red chili pepper chopped 2 tbsp cooking oil Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a pan, heat the cooking oil. Saute onion, garlic and ginger. Put in the squid, stir fry with the spices. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the evaporated milk and add the red chili, let it boil over a low heat. ...  Needed: 1 kilo squid cleaned 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic chopped 5 pcs red chili pepper chopped 1 thumb ginger strips 1 cup coconut milk 3 tbsp cooking oil 4 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp sugar Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: Heat the cooking oil, sauté garlic, onion and ginger. Add the squid and sauté together with the spices. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Put in the coconut milk and let it boil. Add the red chili pepper. Put in the soy sauce and ground pepper. ...  Needed: 2 large squids cleaned and gutted ¼ kilo ground pork 1 pc carrots minced 1 head garlic minced 2 onions minced 1 bundle spring onion chopped 1 pc egg beaten 2 tbsp of oat meal 5 tbsp soysauce 2 tbsp calamansi juice Salt and ground pepper to taste Charcoal for grilling Directions: In a big bowl, marinate the squid in soy sauce and calamansi juice for 5 to 10 minutes. Set aside. In separate container, mix ground pork, garlic, onion, carrots, spring onion, oat meal and beaten egg together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then stuff the marinated squid with the mix ingredients, make sure all the stuff ingredients are intact. Insert toothpick to lock the head and to secure ends.Ready for grilling, use toothpick to press the stuffed squid once in a while to absorb the heat inside.
