Shrimp in Spicy Tomato Sauce

...  Needed: ½ kilo medium fresh shelled shrimps (set aside the head for boiling) 4 pcs large tomatoes quartered 1 onion sliced 5 cloves garlic minced 1 thumb garlic minced 2 tbsp spring onion chopped 4 pcs green chili pepper sliced 1 cup tomato sauce 1 tbsp white sugar 2 cup water Cooking oil Salt and ground pepper to taste Directions: In a pot, boil the shrimp head for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and set aside the shrimp stock. In a sauce pan, heat the cooking oil. Put in the garlic, ginger, onion and tomatoes until fragrant. Pour the shrimp stock and let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes.  Add the tomato sauce, green chili pepper and sugar, stir. Put in the fresh shelled shrimp and spring onions. ...  Needed: ½ kilo pork or beef, cut into chunk 1 small can corned beef 1 ½ cups tomato sauce 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic minced 1 medium sized green bell pepper, cut into cubes 2 tbsp cooking oil 1 pc beef broth cube 2 cups water 2 tbsp of sugar 2 bay leaves Cheese spread or grated cheese Salt and ground black pepper to taste Directions: Saute garlic and onion in hot cooking oil. Put in the meat and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Add the corned beef, simmer for a while. Pour water, bay leaves and the beef broth cubes, let it boil for 5 to 8 minutes. Add the tomato sauce and green bell pepper. Simmer over a low heat until the meat is completely cooked. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir to blend the taste and simmer for a minute. ...  Needed: ½ kilo ground pork 5 pcs of cheese dog / hotdog sliced 20 pcs hard boiled quail eggs 1 pc medium size carrot cut into small cubes 3 pcs potatoes cut into small cubes 1 pc green bell pepper cut into small cubes 2 cups tomato sauce 1 cup water 3 tbsp cooking oil 2 onions sliced 5 cloves garlic chopped 5 tbsp of patis or fish sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Stir fry the ground pork without cooking oil for 3 to 5 minutes over a medium fire. Set aside. In the same pan, add cooking oil. Sauté garlic, onion and bell pepper, put in the sliced cheese dog and stir together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add ground pork, potatoes and carrots, simmer for a while. Pour tomato sauce and water. Let it boil for 3 to 5 minutes. Add fish sauce and sugar.
